ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to support our premier client's Community Impact Products team, which is dedicated to leveraging the company's assets and infrastructure to help solve complex societal challenges-starting with food insecurity. Through innovative partnerships and scalable solutions, they work to improve the distribution of and access to food for individuals and communities in need.
We are seeking a
Product Manager
with at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree to help shape and drive our food security initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, nonprofit partners, and data experts to expand programs that make a measurable difference in communities where the company operates. Additionally, you will manage, develop, and implement product marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned product line. The position starts as a
6-month contract
working
onsite in Seattle, WA
and offering potential for extension or conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Support the development of the 2026 strategic roadmap for the company's food security efforts, including:
Expansion plans for existing programs Resource planning (budget, headcount) Goal setting and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
Program Expansion & Partnerships:
Drive forward a proposed marketing communications strategy to recruit and onboard additional nonprofit partners addressing food insecurity. Data & Reporting:
Partner with internal data teams to:
Develop reporting mechanisms on food insecurity in company-served regions Measure and communicate the impact of food security programs
Program Management & Analysis:
Respond to high-priority, ad hoc requests related to:
Data analysis Stakeholder communications Operational program management
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, or related field 5+ years of product management, program management, or related experience Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially data/analytics Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting or data storytelling Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in social impact, nonprofit partnerships, or food security initiatives Experience developing or executing marketing communications strategies Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams Passion for community engagement, equity, and social innovation
