About the Role
We are currently searching for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer passionate about building a world-class application that will modernize private banking for clients of non-bank financial institutions, including independent wealth managers and family offices. In partnership with our design and product teams, you will help shape the user experience and system architecture behind a fast, intuitive, and secure platform.
This role will report to the Head of Engineering.
Responsibilities Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment. Build responsive front-end apps and intuitive user interfaces with Next.js/React. Design and implement scalable back-end APIs and services using Python. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and security teams to define and deliver features. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-tested code across the full stack. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Contribute to and improve our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software across environments. Ensure software meets all requirements for performance, scalability, configurability, and security. Contribute to product documentation and technical best practices. Measures of Success
Consistent delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals. Reduction in bugs and improved test coverage across the codebase. Performance improvements across front-end and back-end services. Positive collaboration feedback from design, security, and product teams. Contribution to documentation, refactoring, and platform reliability. On-time participation in planning, code reviews, and team ceremonies. Demonstrated ownership of features or services from development to deployment and monitoring. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally within a FinTech or high-growth startup environment. Proficiency in Python and Next.js/React. Familiarity with both Relational and Non-Relational Databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Strong understanding of modern development principles, software architecture, and security practices. Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools. Proficient in version control tools such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
