A high-performing, boutique law firm with a national reputation and international reach is seeking a
Client Engagement & Care Specialist
to serve as the first-and often most influential-voice new clients hear. This sales-forward, relationship-centric position is ideal for someone who can move with equal parts compassion and conviction, converting inquiries into meaningful client engagements across family law, estate planning, and probate.
You'll help individuals navigating critical life transitions take the first, confident step toward resolution. The role requires warmth, structure, and follow-through-and is central to the client's overall legal experience.
This is a hybrid role
based in Metro Atlanta. Onsite presence is required during the first 90 days for hands-on training. A hybrid schedule follows successful onboarding. About the Firm

Key Responsibilities Sales & Legal Strategy Session Booking
Serve as the firm's voice for incoming clients, engaging with clarity, empathy, and professionalism Convert qualified inquiries into a minimum of
8 paid legal strategy sessions per week Move leads toward
3+ retained client relationships
weekly across multiple practice areas Maintain timely, tactful follow-ups via email, phone, and CRM platforms Client Onboarding & Satisfaction Conduct structured client check-ins at
2-day, 14-day, and 30-day intervals Provide concierge-style follow-up calls that reinforce trust and satisfaction Collect client testimonials and service insights to continually elevate the firm's reputation Operational Excellence Make
20+ outbound calls per day
with a talk time goal of
3+ hours (4 is gold standard) Document all interactions in the firm's case management system Partner closely with legal and intake teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client continuity Performance Benchmarks

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted 2+ years in sales, client intake, or professional services (legal or concierge experience a plus) Emotionally intelligent, persuasive communicator with strong organizational skills Comfortable working with sensitive topics and diverse clients Clear, professional phone presence; excellent follow-up instincts Technology Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM and legal case management systems Cloud-based communication tools (Zoom, Slack, VoIP) Core Competencies Naturally persuasive with an empathetic edge Mission-aligned and culturally aware Calm, clear-headed, and tactful under pressure Meticulous about follow-up and accountability Outcome-oriented, with pride in the small details Work Environment Location:
