We are looking for someone to drive projects forward, ensuring our partner accounts receive seamless and timely delivery of our innovative travel programs. This is a non-technical project management role focused on coordination and execution, where you'll be the crucial link between our internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do: Drive Projects and Ensure Seamless Delivery
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans and manage execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Client Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for external clients, effectively managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Technology—to achieve project objectives. Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and issues, providing advanced notice to leadership and partners to keep projects on track. Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain clear project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes, and provide regular, structured updates to all stakeholders. Quality Assurance:
Perform end-to-end testing on new site builds to ensure deliverables meet all quality standards. Process Improvement:
Actively gather feedback and identify opportunities to refine our project management methodologies. What You'll Bring: Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for a motivated and adaptable professional with a proven track record in project management.
3-5 years of experience in project management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
