About the Role
The
Operations Project Manager
is a highly adaptable, results-driven, and detail-oriented leader responsible for managing key operational projects that drive efficiency, streamline processes, and align with Pinnacle Fertility's business goals. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining operational expertise with strong project management skills to deliver impact in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
We are seeking an
Operations Project Manager
to join our team in a
full-time, on-site
capacity at our corporate office in
Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver operational projects across departments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met. Develop adaptable project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and tracking milestones. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive consistency and results. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and maintain strong communication. Facilitate meetings, manage competing priorities, and keep teams on track. Anticipate and manage risks, changes in scope, and ensure compliance. Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation for future use. Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned. Position Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in project management, corporate operations, or business process improvement. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Effective leadership and communication skills to influence teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Experience with Monday.com is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary:
$80,000 - $95,000 annually (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications). Benefits:
