Job Title: RSA Archer SME / Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 Months contract

Job Overview: We are urgently seeking an experienced RSA Archer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a critical engagement for a leading financial client. The ideal candidate will either fully own the Target Operating Model (TOM) deliverables or serve as a senior-level consultant providing strategic guidance on an as-needed basis (preference for full-time engagement). This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in Archer implementations, especially within banking and financial institutions. You will help inform best practices, design scalable frameworks, and advise on alignment of Archer within enterprise risk and governance structures.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead or advise on the design and delivery of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Archer implementation • Provide strategic guidance on Archer configurations based on experiences across multiple financial institutions • ssess and improve organizational hierarchy alignment with Archer (e.g., HR, Audit Universe, Risk/Control functions) • Guide data tagging best practices: define tagging levels (Risk, Control, Function, etc.) • dvise on integration approaches with other GRC tools (ServiceNow, Workiva, etc.) • ssist in refreshing and restructuring governance processes, hierarchies, and master data frameworks • Recommend staffing models and resource allocations based on institution size (e.g., $500B+ asset banks) • Share insights into automation of controls, workflows, and data classification/tagging in Archer

Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience with RSA Archer in financial services or banking environments • Proven experience with multiple Archer implementations across different organizations • Deep understanding of GRC frameworks, risk/control taxonomy, and enterprise-level governance structures • Familiarity with integration of GRC tools like ServiceNow, Workiva, etc. • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a consultative, strategic role • Experience with organizational change, including master data management and governance redesign • bility to start immediately and deliver in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment

Nice to Have: • Prior experience advising or working with institutions > $500B in assets • Experience delivering hourly/consulting-based SME support in a flexible capacity • Knowledge of Archer's alignment with industry compliance and audit frameworks
