Project Manager - Specialties (Div. 10)

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of specialty scope projects across commercial construction sites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team and oversee projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of Division 10 specialty construction projects, including procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget control. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine project scope and material requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and communicate progress with stakeholders. Collaborate with field superintendents, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely execution. Lead project meetings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and clients. Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with Division 10 or interior specialties. Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, and building processes. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to job sites as required. Why Join Our Client:
