Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Python and VBA to support decision-making processes. Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Create detailed process maps and workflows using Visio to visualize business processes. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing insights during each phase. Develop reports and dashboards using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Vaticinate potential business challenges and propose innovative solutions. Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business analysis principles. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Experience with database design and management. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Talend for data integration. Proficient in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of VBA for automation of tasks within Excel or other applications is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
