IT Project Coordinator
The IT Project Coordinator assists with defining goals and requirements in each project, communicates with stakeholders, coordinates team members and external departments, and ensures the general success of the projects.
Define Project Requirements Assist in determining project goals, tasks, resources, deadlines, conflicts, details, costs, and loose ends. Track data throughout the project to ensure that requirements are met.
Communicate with Stakeholders Establish strong relationships with stakeholders through professional, consistent communication. Communicate progress, developments, costs, conflicts, scope creep, and risks to project stakeholders.
Coordinate Team Members Coordinate ad-hoc team interaction both within IT and with external departments and vendors. Ensure that all group members complete project tasks according to schedule.
Ensure Project Success Assist in keeping projects and vendors/suppliers on schedule and within costs. Identify and suggest ways to mitigate project risks. Keep team members focused on completing projects.

Education
Required Education: College DegreePreferred Education:College Degree - Computer Science
Work Experience
Required Experience: Preferred Experience:1+ years in management, 1+ years in project coordination
Physical Requirements and Skills Flexible to work where needed, Interpersonal Relationships, IT Concepts, Microsoft Office, Motivating, Operating Office Equipment, Patient, Persuasive, Sitting for long periods of time, Teamwork
