Position Summary

The Marketing Manager - Property Management is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support leasing, resident retention, and brand awareness across RMC's affordable housing portfolio. This role blends digital marketing, community engagement, and property-level promotion to drive occupancy, enhance resident satisfaction, and elevate RMC's visibility in the affordable housing sector.

The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in real estate or property management, who thrives in a mission-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support leasing goals, resident engagement, and community visibility. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, amenities, and promotional strategies. Collaborate with property managers to create tailored marketing campaigns for each community. Digital & Print Marketing

Manage RMC's property marketing presence across digital platforms, including ILS listings, Google Business, and social media. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral (flyers, signage, brochures) for leasing offices and community events. Maintain and update property-specific content on the RMC website and third-party platforms. Lead Generation & CRM

Utilize property management CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) to track leads, monitor conversion rates, and optimize campaigns. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve occupancy and retention. Community Engagement & Events

Support resident retention through community-building campaigns and event promotion. Partner with Resident Services and Fund Development teams to align messaging and promote resident programs. Brand & Media Relations

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Collaborate with the Communications team on media outreach, storytelling, and public relations efforts. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in property management, real estate, or nonprofit housing. Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and platforms such as WordPress, Canva, and social media schedulers. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and campaign development. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive communication. Additional Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to RMC properties across the Denver metro area. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or campaigns.
