Job Summary As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Embedded C, you will play a critical role in managing technology for complex projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Embedded C Programming, Enhancing Their Coding Capabilities And Increasing Productivity In Embedded Systems Development. 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews For Embedded C Projects, Overseeing Quality Assurance Processes And Performance Optimization, While Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Solutions. 3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Identifying Potential Risks, And Contributing To Architectural Best Practices. 4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements 1. Strong Proficiency In Embedded C Programming And Related Tools. 2. In-Depth Understanding Of Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And C++. 3. Excellent Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle And Embedded System Design Principles. 4. Solid Skills In Code Review, Performance Optimization, And Quality Assurance Methodologies. 5. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

Certification 1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Or Relevant Certifications In Rtos And C++.
