Assembly Technician 1st shift $22 Hourly
1st Shift Hours: 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary: As an Assembly Technician, you will be crucial in producing our industry-leading electrical components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing a variety of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Assemble electrical and electronic components according to detailed instructions and blueprints - Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest assembly techniques and equipment
Qualifications: - Experience as an Assembler or Wire Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions - Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - High school diploma or equivalent
