We're looking for a

Founding GTM Systems Lead

to join our team and build the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine. This is a

high-leverage, builder-first role

at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations-designed for someone who thrives on untangling complexity and turning it into seamless automation and scale.

As the GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating, automating, and managing our GTM tools and workflows. From Salesforce to lead scoring, from lifecycle automation to AI-powered workflows- you'll architect the systems that power our growth .

This role is foundational to scaling our GTM motion and will work directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops. Who we are:

The Role:

We're hiring a Founding GTM Systems Engineer to own and scale Traba's internal go-to-market tech stack. You'll be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - designing systems, automating workflows, and integrating data to drive growth at scale.

What You'll Do:

Own and optimize our GTM tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) Design and build automation that powers day-to-day workflows for GTM teams Integrate our systems to reduce friction between marketing → sales → CS Improve data visibility, reporting pipelines, and forecasting accuracy Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to scale high-leverage workflows Evaluate new tools, implement scalable architecture, and push for best practices What We're Looking For:

4+ years in systems, RevOps, or GTM engineering roles Deep experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or other marketing automation tools), Website Builder tools, Zapier, and other GTM systems Comfort owning business-critical automations (e.g. lead routing, lifecycle triggers, pipeline health tracking) SQL or Light ETL experience (Looker, dbt, Airflow is a plus) Strong cross-functional communication - ability to translate between business, ops, and engineering Obsession with speed, clarity, and automation Nice to Haves:

Salary Range Details:

The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000 based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we're open to adjusting compensation accordingly. We offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.
