Job Description/ Responsibilities Collaborate with a technical and business stakeholder to implement effective ServiceNow solutions mainly in VR, CMDB and ITOM modules. Development of new modules, functionalities, customizations, integrations, and workflow automations on the ServiceNow platform. Conduct thorough reviews of existing ServiceNow architecture, offering insightful recommendations for enhancements and improvements. Work closely with fellow developers and architects to ensure the timely and impeccable delivery of solutions. Participate in comprehensive code reviews, provide valuable input for refining business processes, and engage in rigorous problem analysis.
