We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as SAS, SQL, and Tableau. As a Junior BI Analyst, you will support our BI team in transforming data into actionable insights, generating reports, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various business sources to support decision-making. Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, ensuring clarity and consistency. Data Management:
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and ensure the integrity of the data. Tool Utilization:
Utilize SAS for extract, clean, and analyze data to derive insights, generate reports and support business needs. Collaboration:
Work closely with senior BI analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements to deliver actionable insights. Data Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards. Ad-Hoc Analysis:
Support ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or 1 to 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. 1-3 years of
SQL, SAS
coding experience. Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools such as
Tableau . Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in
SQL
for data querying and analysis. Experience with
Tableau
or similar data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports. Hands-on experience with
SAS
for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an ability to work with large datasets. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
