Business Intelligence Engineer III We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the next generation of data solutions that will inform strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest and most complex data environments, translating raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with business acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will operate as both a hands-on builder and a strategic problem solver, developing scalable reporting and analytics solutions while influencing stakeholders on data-driven opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities Develop complex SQL queries for ad hoc requests and ongoing reporting needs. Design, develop, and maintain automated, scalable, and user-friendly systems, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business requirements. Build and support datasets that provide structured, timely, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with analysts, data engineers, product managers, and program teams to define requirements and deliver complete data solutions. Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and analytics processes to maximize scalability and self-service access for stakeholders. Apply statistical analysis techniques to extract insights and provide data-backed recommendations. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics deliverables. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting large, complex datasets. Advanced SQL proficiency for querying databases and data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or similar. Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and modeling. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Matlab. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift). Background in data mining and ETL processes for large-scale, business-critical datasets.
