Description
This position provides hands-on support for client projects, and network administration. Leads, directs, and assists with all levels of I.T. support for clients and internal teams while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems. This role operates on a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities: Answer Priority Solutions (PSI) support phone calls/emails during business hours and scheduled out of hours assisting with LowCode support Perform LowCode implementations Assist with all tiers of clients' needs via Salesforce incoming cases following the policy for the department. Perform acceptance testing on new product releases Create bug reports for QA/DEV, test ALPHA & RC fixes, and write Proofs with your department supervisor Assist in training Tier 2 agents on Tier 3 subject matter (succession planning and business continuity) Coach the QA analysts in performing testing on LowCode and related workflows Participate in coaching 1-on-1 sessions with supervisor Training (Listening to calls, reviewing case history, testing logic etc.) When not busy with PSI related work, assist answering Priority Dispatch (PDC) support phone calls during business hours, assisting our clients with all tiers of support related requests Assist the PSI Protocol development and Protocol engine specialist with update requests to protocols, scripts and ENC files as part of a succession planning and business continuity initiative. All other duties as assigned Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 Months of prior Tier 3 experience is required before being promoted to LowCode Specialist 24 Months
of prior Tier 3 support experience is preferred before being promoted to LowCode Specialist role SQL Database knowledge: How to navigate, perform a query, run scripts, define an instance, a table, understand various roles, users, and security levels affect the DB Essential Job Functions/Physical and Other Requirements
The ability to communicate technical information into an easy to understand way Proactively manage support queries and follow up diligently An average of 2.5 or higher score for all defined Intermediate & Advanced skills Answers the phone and closes support cases at a reasonable frequency as determined by management. Attend team meetings This is a typical office job which requires the ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk with occasionally moving, standing, and walking. Requires use of arms, hands, or fingers, in handling or manipulating a computer Work environment is composed of moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
