CuraLinc is seeking a talented and passionate Scrum Master to join our Product Management team. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in our product team, serving as a facilitator and servant leader for a self-organizing, empowered, product team. This individual is responsible for guiding the team in applying agile theories, principles, practices and ceremonies, removing impediments to progress, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan and Conduct All Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) Guide the Team in Creating, Maintaining, and Managing the Sprint Backlog Ensure the Team Understands and Adheres to Scrum Values and Principles Proactively Identify and Resolve Impediments that Hinder Team Progress Communicate and Escalate Issues to Management when Necessary Advocate for the Team's Needs and Protect Them from External Distractions Cultivate a Positive and Collaborative Team Dynamic Encourage Open Communication, Trust, and Respect Among Team Members Facilitate Conflict Resolution and Promote Team Cohesion Coach the Team on Agile Principles, Scrum Practices, and Continuous Improvement Guide the Team in Self-Organization and Decision-Making Help the Team Identify and Implement Process Improvements Analyze Sprint Retrospectives to Identify Areas for Improvement Implement Changes to Enhance Team Efficiency and Effectiveness Track Team Progress and Identify Potential Risks Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders (Product Owners, Management, Other Teams) Regarding Team Progress and Challenges Required/Minimum Qualifications

Proven Experience as a Scrum Master or in a Similar Agile Role Strong Understanding of Scrum Principles, Values, and Practices Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Team Members and Stakeholders Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Larger Organization Passion for Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement
