About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic
Project Manager
to lead, plan, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial success. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, production, purchasing, and sales to deliver seamless project outcomes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and have proven experience in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Oversee project budgets and meet financial goals. Define and maintain project scopes and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and relationship management. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, engineering, purchasing, accounting) to drive project success. Guide purchasing teams on procurement of ancillary equipment. Maintain project management systems for accurate tracking and reporting. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the packaging industry. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Strong communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face). Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams. A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering results.
Additional Information:
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs. This is an equal opportunity employer.
