We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at our St. Paul, Minneapolis facility. This in-person role will be responsible for overseeing contract manufacturing partnerships across our Electronics and Metal Printing business units. The successful candidate will also lead internal software projects, interface with third-party service providers, and manage project workflow to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and coordinate contract manufacturing projects across electronics and metal printing operations.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
•Lead software project initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Interface with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure project scope, deliverables, and milestones are met.
•Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as needed.
•Drive process improvements and standardization across project workflows.
•Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
•Work with Optomec outsourcing manufacturing partners to liaison project timeline against deliverable company goals.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing and technology environments.
•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; additive manufacturing experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
•PMI certification is a plus.
