POSITION Workday Administrator

REQUIRED SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. • 5+ years of progressive HR systems experience, including 3+ years in Workday administration and leadership roles. • Proven experience with Workday integrations, architecture, and multiple module configurations. • Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and data lifecycle management. • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide system initiatives, including implementations, integrations, and upgrades. • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities. • Design and manage Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs • Workday Pro Certifications (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Help).
