About the Role: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in the administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align solutions with ITIL processes, develop workflows, dashboards, and drive integration and automation efforts. What Youll Do: Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to support ITIL-based processes. Maintain a strong understanding and experience with the ServiceNow Library and the entire ServiceNow platform. Perform hands-on development and code reviews, ensuring best practices in coding, extensibility, integration, and security. Lead implementation tasks including requirements gathering, testing, and solution design. Collaborate with end users to resolve issues and improve workflows. Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation using the Knowledgebase Module. Develop system integrations and automated workflows using ServiceNow capabilities. Manage third-party integrations via APIs in collaboration with internal technical teams. Monitor system health and ensure compliance with IT audit standards. Drive enhancements to the ServiceNow platform, focusing on automation, self-service, and efficiency. Configure forms, fields, email notifications, access controls, and application-specific settings. Build and maintain ServiceNow CMS. Customize and maintain core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog. Support the design and implementation of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Assist with QA/testing, participate in SCRUM, and analyze system performance for continuous improvement. What You Bring: At least 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or application owner. At least 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including work with customized catalog forms and scoped applications. Proven experience in highly regulated environments (MICS, PCI, SOX). Solid understanding of ITSM practices and ITIL processes. Experience working with CMDB and PPM. Advanced skills in scripting and web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, SQL, Java, and structured programming. Strong experience with API integrations and enterprise reporting. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years or older. Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and other required certifications or licenses.
