SAP Data Management Specialist
Partner with the best
The role will be responsible for data and documentation input into the operating system SAP and adjacent SAP systems of record. You will work closely with engineering, business functions, and process experts to ensure technology-driven master data quality. SAP master data includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, communication tools, and processing/storing confidential documents.
Essential Functions:
Create, edit, and maintain materials and datasheets in SAP.
Ensure SAP technology master data quality input and processing.
Collaborate effectively across functions in a team setting.
Process engineering changes for data accuracy and completeness.
Use communication tools for processing SAP master data changes.
Manage SAP part structuring.
Input operating system master and change data.
Handle confidential documents, forms, and workflow processing.
Create materials and process substance compliance.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of professional SAP experience focusing on planning, buying, CCR, repairing, and logistics within SAP operating system navigation. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability in process improvements and working with cross-functional teams. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills in Teams, Excel, Power Automate.
Desired Characteristics: Over 2 years of higher education. Knowledge of bill of material structures, engineering principles, concepts, and practices. Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SAP, or as a Certified Auditor or Six Sigma. Understanding of material creation and engineering change processes.
