Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products; Implementing inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock and stockouts; Supply Chain Planning: Collaborating with production and procurement teams to develop supply chain plans; Forecasting demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; Global Shipping and Transportation: Arranging and coordinating international shipments, including air, sea, and ground transportation; Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws; Negotiating freight rates and contracts with transportation providers; Documentation and Compliance: Preparing shipping documents, including bills of landing, export/import permits, and customs paperwork; Maintaining compliance with import/export regulations and trade compliance standards; Warehousing and Distribution: Overseeing the storage and distribution of products within warehouses; Optimizing warehouse layouts and processes for efficient storage and retrieval; Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers; Evaluating supplier performance and negotiating service agreements; Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction; Developing and managing logistics budgets; Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement in the supply chain and logistics operations; Implementing Lean or Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and reduce waste; Risk Management:
