You represent the perspective of our users to help understand their needs, motivations and pain points. A strong working knowledge and experience with both generative and evaluative research methods, including how to apply them in a fast-moving organization. Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related field with 3-5 years of job experience. The ability to work without close supervision but you seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers. Pulling from a broad toolkit of research methods, including live studies, un-moderated studies, field studies, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, and remote usability testing. Prioritizing initiatives with key stakeholders. Proactively soliciting and leveraging competitive research, data, and analytics to inform design and business strategy. Championing the Design Thinking philosophy while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners. Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy including strong presentation skills.
