A Desktop Services Technician provides support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

5+ years of progressive experience in a desktop support role. Familiar with MS applications Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives Preferred Job Requirements:

Experience in a Healthcare environment is a plus. Experience with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus. Experience with VDIs is a plus. Certifications (A+, MCP) a plus Basic support of application and database servers is a plus
