Day Shift, Full-Time PBX Telecom Operator
Join our team as a day shift, full-time PBX Telecom Operator in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities
Receives and transfers incoming customer calls and provides other support services including but not limited to paging staff, assisting with general information, and providing after-hour phone services. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance. Qualifications
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Six (6) months related experience. (Telecom, PBX Operators or Call Center experience) Basic Computer Skills.
