Job Title: S125 Service Associate Work Location: Rochester, NY Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend or hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST Education: Associate's degree - Preferred
Job Description: Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for client products in the
S125 Client Service Center . Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client policies and procedures.
Responsibilities : Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of the client's Insurance Agency (PIA) clients Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators Provides education on S125 products, client policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the PIA Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of client products Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization Skills & Qualifications :
Associate's degree Client or customer service experience - 1 year Research and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens Contact center or call center experience Employee benefits, health insurance, or claims experience For more information or to view other opportunities, visit us at
