Job Description

Oversee construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that may arise. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular project updates. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high levels of productivity and quality. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. The Successful Applicant

B.S in Construction Management or relevant degree Understand costs and market conditions The ability to lead and manage a team underneath you Strong written and verbal communication skills 3+ years of experience Experience in leading a team is a plus Procore experience is a plus What's on Offer
