Job Description: Support database marketing initiatives by integrating and analyzing data across Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring structured segmentation, taxonomy governance, and campaign optimization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist in building database marketing roadmaps for new projects. Organize and structure acquisition data from Salesforce and activate campaigns via Eloqua. Manage data structure, governance, and taxonomy adjustments. Perform segmentation and test campaign effectiveness. Create and test dashboards in Power BI. Participate in weekly 1:1s and team meetings for alignment and collaboration. Requirements:
Must-Haves: 3+ years of database marketing and analytics experience. Project management experience in a marketing data environment. Hands-on experience integrating Eloqua and Salesforce. SQL data warehouse experience (GCP preferred). Proficiency in data visualization using Power BI. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves: CDP implementation experience (Hightouch preferred).
