JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
This position is responsible for ensuring the quick and consistent delivery of small parts items to the production floor or directly to shipping for external customers. IN addition this position is responsible for put away of new inventory and performing cycle counts of existing inventory at regular intervals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick and process all small parts inventory requisitions and sales orders using the mobile handheld
Ensure delivery of requisitions and sales order to the appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
Put Away new inventory in it’s designated area
Cycle Count existing inventory at regular intervals as deemed by management
Clean and organize small parts room at regular intervals as deemed by management
May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
Small Parts Pickers will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics. Failure to meet this minimum level of 85% for a period of two consecutive months may result in corrective action.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Frequent walking
Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Quarterly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Employee’s schedule may change due to business needs. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional/overtime as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. OSHA approved back supports are recommended. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn at all times. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.
