Business Systems Analyst

Job Duties:* * Elicit, develop, and document project requirements and technical specifications; analyze and organize them for clarity and action * Create meeting minutes, action items, next steps * Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements throughout the development cycle * Create software test plans and user guides * Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure software system reliability and adherence to requirements * Train users on new and existing software systems to ensure optimal use and adoption * Provide input to the project manager on project documentation, including proposals, schedules, change requests, and closure reports *Desired Skills and Characteristics:* * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills * Must present well and communicate professionally * Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail * Able to establish and meet deadlines * Able to effectively communicate equally well with customers, technical staff, management, and vendors
