San Francisco, CA Job Description: We are seeking a Practice Coordinator 3to support back office operationsat the UCSF Orthopaedic Institute. The ideal candidate will have prior UCSF experiencein a Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, Admin, or Call Centrerole. Responsibilities: Back office coordination of clinical and administrative tasks. Support daily patient flow (approx. 30 patients/day). Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and patients. Ensure organizational processes run smoothly Requirements: Must have previous UCSF experience in one of the following roles: Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, Admin, or Call Center. Strong communication, organizational skills,and self-motivation. No specific number of years of experience required. APeX training not required (training will be provided).
