Responsibilities: Manage one or multiple medium and large mechanical construction projects Meet with General Contractor, other sub-contractors, and building owners regularly Complete project safely, on-time, and under budget Submit RFI’s and change-orders Talk with Vendors and other sub-contractors including controls, insulation, among others Requirements: 4+ years of HVAC project management experience on medium to large commercial building TI and new construction projects Stable work-history working for a commercial mechanical contractor Comfortable working with Excel, MS Project, and BlueBeam Local
