Pay Rate:
$12.00/hour
Shifts Available: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Training Schedule:
12:30 PM - 9:00 PM and 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM (for approximately 3 weeks) Schedule Requirements:
Candidates must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
What You'll Do Daily
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the vital link between customers and service providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming calls and determine urgency or emergency status Use a switchboard to direct and manage calls efficiently Provide professional, courteous customer service Maintain accurate, detailed notes on all interactions Coordinate and advance information through appropriate channels Follow established procedures and adapt quickly to changes Handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and composure Benefits That Work for You

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail and note-taking accuracy Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
