Who We Are Looking For
We're searching for a highly driven and experienced restaurant executive who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit and a
track record of strong business growth . This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and leadership across a growing multi-location enterprise. Essential Qualifications
Executive Leadership:
10+ years of comprehensive management or executive experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of leading businesses with over
$10 million in annual revenue .
Financial Acumen:
Deep understanding and direct experience with
P&L management , including budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.
Operational Excellence:
Demonstrated expertise in managing day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Proven experience in
managing large teams , including hiring, training, and motivating managers and staff to create a productive and positive work environment.
Growth Strategy:
A clear track record of successfully implementing strategies to achieve
strong business growth , including the expansion of operations to multiple locations.
Franchise Experience (Preferred):
Experience in
growing restaurants through franchising
or managing a franchise system is a plus.
Business Development Acumen:
Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new projects, contract negotiation, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
