We're seeking a Client Product Owner / Software Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, CRM systems, and custom enterprise software. This is a strategic and hands-on role that involves leading product strategy, defining software requirements, and optimizing CRM and business workflows. The ideal candidate will work across multiple client accounts, translating business challenges into high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead product lifecycle across multiple client accounts-from discovery through delivery. Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and system gaps. Analyze business processes with a strategic lens and propose innovative software solutions. Design and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) to streamline operations and improve automation. Translate business needs into product strategies, user stories, system flows, and features. Collaborate with developers and project managers to prioritize and execute software builds. Validate and test features for accuracy, performance, and usability prior to delivery. Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps aligned with business goals and timelines. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Stay current on CRM trends, automation strategies, and enterprise software best practices. Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM Systems Consultant. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Experience managing multiple enterprise software initiatives simultaneously. Ability to challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and create scalable solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, QA testing, and backlog management. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling frameworks (e.g., BPMN). Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and driven to deliver quality outcomes.
