Job Type Full-timeDescription This position is In-Person only at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. Swickard Auto Group is in search of a seasoned and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to spearhead the organic search strategy for our rapidly growing automotive group. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record of leading successful SEO initiatives in multi-location enterprises. This is a lead role, and we are looking for an individual who can take ownership of our SEO performance, driving qualified traffic and high-quality leads to our dealerships located across four states. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, management and evolution of a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our locations' commitment to hospitality and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Leadership: Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategy for the Swickard Auto Group's various dealership websites. This includes setting clear goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on progress to senior management.Local and Technical SEO: Manage and optimize our digital presence across multiple states, with a strong focus on local SEO best practices. This includes optimizing Google Business Profiles, managing local citations, and ensuring brand consistency. Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and work with our internal team to implement necessary fixes and improvements to enhance site crawlability, indexing, and overall health.Content and On-Page Optimization: Collaborate to develop a robust content strategy that targets relevant keywords and user intent throughout the sales funnel. Oversee the on-page optimization of all web properties to ensure maximum search visibility.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities for growth and ensure Swickard Auto Group maintains a competitive edge in the markets we operate in. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsDemonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in search engine optimization, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity. Proven success in developing and executing SEO and related SEM strategies for a multi-location or enterprise-level business is essential. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred, but not a requirement.Expert-level understanding of all facets of SEO, including technical, on-page, and local SEO.Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights autonomously.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.A strategic and creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Preferred, but not requiredProfessional SEO certifications (Google, SEMrush, Yoast, etc).Exposure to SEM campaigns, strategy and implementationPrevious automotive experience at a dealer group or OEM levelAnalysis experience with data platforms such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Zoho, etcPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., promotional materials, event setup).Ability to stand for extended periods during events and presentations.Must have good visual acuity for design and presentation purposes.Benefits of Working at SwickardCareer Path - Swickard isn't just a J-O-B.
