Job Summary Reporting directly to the Manager, the Integration Analyst I is an important member of the Mass General Brigham IS/Digital Health eCare Integration team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to provide design, development, build, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of new and existing interfaces with Epic. S/he also provides training and support to end users. The goal is to ensure integration standards and data flow between Epic and systems are standard and adhere to MGB policies and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain documentation related to technical integration implementation and support Blueprint/Discovery Design Testing Epic Build Conversions Cutover Post Live Support Upgrades Serve as a resource for problem solving Assist with activities related to troubleshooting, supporting, developing, testing and delivering an integration solution for entity and enterprise applications Manage Epic Interface Build within the Epic Bridges application Perform interface application testing from test scripts as necessary Engage in activities including analysis, review, testing, troubleshooting, and design of new features and fixes related to Epic Upgrades Partake in internal integration workgroups focused on the maintenance, build, optimization, and behavior of active and future interfaces Participates in interface-focused cross-team meetings with the MGB application teams to ensure communication and collaboration Documents business requirements and translates those into functional specifications for the interface Develops and executes test plans and performs other interface quality assurance tasks Provides ongoing support of interfaces by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolution Provides high quality, customer-focused services Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates Uses the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors.
