Description: The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of one or more initiatives in the alternative investment space. This role involves stakeholder engagement, governance implementation, timeline and budget tracking, and leading change management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, experience across the full project lifecycle, and the ability to operate in a high-visibility environment with executive-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional project planning, execution, and governance Track timelines, dependencies, and budget forecasts Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of outcomes Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) across program workstreams Create and manage project communication and change management plans Lead steering committee meetings and present key deliverables Maintain project documentation, prepare change requests, and obtain approvals Identify risks and manage mitigation plans, ensuring escalation protocols are followed Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for executive audiences Coordinate with other program managers to align dependencies across teams
Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in project and program management Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle (including Agile frameworks) Experience working in dynamic, global environments Strong presentation and documentation skills using spreadsheets and visual tools Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and manage multiple stakeholder relationships Solid organizational and communication skills, with proven problem-solving ability Experience defining and delivering business outcomes and performance metrics Ability to influence, negotiate, and coordinate across cross-functional teams
Desired Skills: Background in consulting or professional services Familiarity with financial services industries or alternative investment domains Project management certification Experience with project governance models and data reporting dashboards

Compensation: Pay range: $56.95-$81.36 per hour
