Hybrid . Salary Range: $113k-$123k Benefits offered: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401 K

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Location Details: Torrance, CA

Work Type: Onsite - 4 Days a week/ 80% or more

Travel: Yes 1-2x per year (? 1 week)

Overtime: Yes Occasional

The Solutions and Governance unit under the Digital Services Development (DSD) division of American client Motors (AHM) is

responsible for architecture, data analytics, and governance of customer facing mobile apps and integration of various back offices to

expand the digital services. The project manager is required to bring information technology talent and creativity to lead the

dvancement of digital services and bring innovation toward the next evolution technology products. Looking for a candidate that could

perform both Data Analytics and PMO management. The project manager must be highly motivated and experienced with data analysis,

data pipeline development, and report visualization. The project manager also has opportunity to develop project management

standard, execution policies, and deliverables to reach the AHM future-focused goals

s Project Manager, you are responsible with the following:

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet business expectations

- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying

resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

- Must create and present business case and deliverables to executives: Clear presentation, communication skills and ability to

communicate and negotiate with stakeholders

- Must manage and understand the scope and requirement.

- Must manage project plans and project milestones.

- Must manage the budget, cost plan, and variance.

- Ability to manage complex projects.

- Lead the PMO team to document the department policies, set the project management standards, and best practices.

- Willing to collaborate with project managers to manage project methodologies

- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
