Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SF Solution Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading Employee Central implementations and a proven track record as a SuccessFactors Architect. This role involves working two days per week for a total of 93 days throughout the contract period. The position requires defining landscape strategy, supporting module integrations, and ensuring effective design and integration with S4/HANA.
Key Responsibilities: Landscape Strategy:
Define and implement the landscape strategy for SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements. Design Support:
Provide support for the design and implementation of module integrations, ensuring seamless integration between various SuccessFactors modules. Integration Design:
Support integration design processes for point-to-point integration with S4/HANA, ensuring data consistency and effective system communication. Expert Knowledge:
Utilize deep knowledge of S4/HANA, Payroll, and SuccessFactors to guide implementation and integration strategies effectively. Qualifications:
Certifications:
Must have current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certifications. Experience:
Extensive experience as a lead on Employee Central implementations and prior SuccessFactors Architect experience with actual implementations. Skills:
Proven ability to define landscape strategy, support module integrations, and design integrations with S4/HANA. Strong understanding of S4/HANA, Payroll, and SuccessFactors is required. Public Sector Experience:
Prior experience in the public sector is highly desirable. Travel:
Willingness to travel to Florida approximately 10% of the time. Additional Information:
