Job Description
Manage overall MEP schedule and integration from preconstruction to final turnover Lead subcontractor coordination and performance management for all MEP scopes Collaborate with design teams to validate constructability and resolve conflicts Conduct jobsite walks, inspections, and oversee testing and commissioning Serve as the MEP point-of-contact for clients and internal teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with data center/mission critical, or large scale technical commercial construction Open to national travel as needed Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments. Familiarity with NYC building codes, permits, and inspection processes. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What's on Offer
