Job Description
Assist in managing interior fit-out projects and ground up construction ranging from $1M-$20M+ Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain schedules, RFIs, and submittals Attend client meetings and document project updates Use project management software (Ex. The Successful Applicant
2-4 years Assistant Projecr Manager experience in NYC commercial interiors and/or ground up construction. Understands construction documents and project coordination Is confident, polished, and thrives in a collaborative environment Holds a degree in construction, engineering, or architecture (preferred) Proficient with Procore and/or PlanGrid What's on Offer
