Sequretek is expanding its delivery operations and increase customer satisfaction through direct project management / service delivery management position in the US. Sequretek team is looking for dynamic and young team professionals interested in Cybersecurity service delivery as their career choice. This being a customer facing role, we are looking for team players who can create long lasting relationships by delivering customer success and customer delight for our AI-Powered Cyber Security and SaaS based offering and managed security services.

Approximate compensation:

Total On Target Earnings: Base salary in the range of $80,000-$140,000 based on relevant experience and domain knowledge. Bonus as per company policy and delivery of KPIs ($10,000 - $ 25,000).

Reporting to:

SVP / VP - Head of Service Delivery / Customer Success

Experience:

Minimum 5 years to up to 15+ years total experience. With minimum 2+ years hands-on in project delivery, minimum 1 year as team lead or manager. Exposure to

large/complex service project delivery. Participation in all critical decision making for project delivery and enhancement.

Critical Success Factors

•Customer Interaction and management of customer deliverables on the project

•Customer and internal SLA Management for all service projects assigned to the role

•Conduct scheduled review with customer stakeholders on delivery value creation

•Leading all SaaS and MSS delivery in the US (the role will develop from individual contributor to lead / manager based on the candidate performance and organizational need)

•Set and manage S.M.A.R.T. goals as per Sequretek guidelines for teams around quality customer delivery

•Responsible for requirement gathering, high level project scoping, requisitions for resources and tools, estimating, planning and scheduling the project.

•Responsible for creating, submitting, and getting a customer sign off on a clear statement of work along with detailed project plan. Use processes such as risk management, incident/ issue / problem management, quality and change management.

•Responsible to manage the stake holders (external and internal) to update them on project status, achievements, improvement areas as other metric as defined by Sequretek and customer from time to time

•Develop templates for automation of repeatable tasks

•Creating differentiated / value project delivery for the customers

What I bring to the job

•Security domain knowledge - products or service delivery (ex. threat management, network, cloud security etc.). Breadth of knowledge on cloud and physical infrastructure

•Hands on experience in Project Management / execution

•Client visits and face to face client management and interactions

•Team management experience (direct and indirect)

•Remote project management and ability to work with offshore/ onshore project delivery teams

•Large / mid size customer engagement / management

Accountabilities

•Lifetime customer value creation (continuity and revenue)

•Skill development for employees (for manager / team lead roles)

•Daily / weekly / monthly review, dashboards with customers through the team / direct

Practical Experience and Education:

•Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal, email and documentation, presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

•MS / BS / BA/ Engineering degree. Good to have the degree major in Computers, Electronics, Telecom or any equivalent.

•OEM / Industry certification for security technologies. Exception is OK for really good candidate with lot of hands experience in team management at large customers.

•Experience in IT- Infrastructure/Cyber security projects and/or data center migration / consolidation, infrastructure deployment and management may be an added advantage

•PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, MS project, ITIL & Six Sigma certified candidates will get preference.
