We’re looking for a

Client Relationship Manager

who brings both precision and heart to their work. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day trading operations, client service requests, and help maintain the operational backbone of our practice. This is a non-producing role (no sales!), but for the right candidate, there’s long-term potential to grow into a COO-type leadership position—possibly with future equity opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily and quarterly trades, including cash raises and systematic distributions

Respond to client inquiries with warmth and professionalism (phone and email)

Support account service needs including money movements, distributions, and general account maintenance

Assist with CRM management, documentation, and meeting follow-up tasks

Triage and assign post-meeting action items, ensuring prompt follow-through

Provide ad hoc marketing and operational support when needed

Collaborate closely with advisors and external vendors (e.g., Practice Source)

Qualifications

FINRA licenses required (e.g., Series 7 and 66)

3+ years in a client service or operations role within a financial advisory or wirehouse setting

Experience with trading, distributions, and client servicing

Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and task management

Polished communication skills and a client-first mindset

CFP® a plus, but not required

Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
