We’re looking for a
Client Relationship Manager
who brings both precision and heart to their work. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day trading operations, client service requests, and help maintain the operational backbone of our practice. This is a non-producing role (no sales!), but for the right candidate, there’s long-term potential to grow into a COO-type leadership position—possibly with future equity opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily and quarterly trades, including cash raises and systematic distributions
Respond to client inquiries with warmth and professionalism (phone and email)
Support account service needs including money movements, distributions, and general account maintenance
Assist with CRM management, documentation, and meeting follow-up tasks
Triage and assign post-meeting action items, ensuring prompt follow-through
Provide ad hoc marketing and operational support when needed
Collaborate closely with advisors and external vendors (e.g., Practice Source)
Qualifications
FINRA licenses required (e.g., Series 7 and 66)
3+ years in a client service or operations role within a financial advisory or wirehouse setting
Experience with trading, distributions, and client servicing
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and task management
Polished communication skills and a client-first mindset
CFP® a plus, but not required
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Benefits
$10,000 annual medical insurance allowance
401(k) plan with 3.5% employer match (on up to 6% employee contribution)
15 PTO days + 6 paid holidays
Annual discretionary bonus potential
Opportunity for professional growth and future leadership roles
Supportive, mission-driven team culture
Why Join Us?
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by meaningful client work, values stability and growth, and is ready to become an integral part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. You'll work closely with seasoned professionals and play a vital role in creating a smooth client experience and operational excellence.
