We have an outstanding Contract position for aCustomer Billing Representativeto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TX.
Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
Job Responsibilities:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities.
Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Verify patient insurance benefits and provide quotes for services.
Provide customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance.
Basic Hiring Criteria
High School or equivalent
Must have over 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience.
Must have strong Verbal and Written communication skills
Must have strong computer skills
Must be able to work 100% onsite
