The Enterprise Systems Business Analyst is an integral part of our Operational Systems team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Compensation range for this position is $130,000.00 -$150,000.00
Position Details
The Enterprise Systems Business Analyst is an integral part of our Information Technology Department. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to build and support J.D. Edwards manufacturing and distribution modules, business process improvements, and standardization. Provide guidance and participate in manufacturing and distribution best practices. This position will work with various levels of Management and business process owners in manufacturing, distribution, and financials.
Key Responsibilities
Support all global locations and standardize business practices. Manages analysis and requirements gathering for ERP/ JDE implementations, Manufacturing and Shop Floor Integration projects. Manages process and standards oversight, definition, and enforcement for global installations. Supports change control procedures and data governance facilitation. Will service as a project manager on an as needed basis. Provides production support and issue resolution. Key Competencies

Advanced skills using Microsoft office programs. Must be proficient using Email, phones, cell phones, and office equipment. Proficient with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Products. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate verbally and in writing with others in an objective and cooperative manner. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and treat each client and coworker with courtesy and respect. Ability to translate client needs into products/services. Ability to work with multiple departments and a varying portfolio of clients Able to handle client complaints with calm demeanor and professional attitude. Able to technically assist and understand client needs and provide problem resolution. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. Must have business acumen, energy and drive, positive attitude, client focused, flexible and empathetic. Must have planning skills sufficient for establishing work priorities and meeting client commitments.
Education & Experience
At least 10 years JDE functional system and implementation experience in Manufacturing & Distribution. At least 5 years industry experience, At least 10 years ERP experience, At least 10 years BA experience. PMP certification or strong project management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience or knowledge of SDLC concepts. Excellent experience with MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to translate and design functional requirements.
