The Senior SharePoint Developer is a vital part of our Digital Information Delivery team, based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site. Compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 annually. The SharePoint Developer will collaborate with the team, business sponsors, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support SharePoint solutions. The role involves managing development tasks and resolving conflicts efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx. Providing end-user support for SharePoint sites and solutions. Gathering, documenting, and revising solution requirements. Mentoring offshore SharePoint development team members. Managing development projects to successful completion. Creating end-user training materials for SharePoint. The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 7 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with React, SPFx, Power Automate, and PnP PowerShell.
