Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

8+ years experience in WebSphere MQ, Redhat AMQ administration. Excellent Knowledge of IBM MQ and Redhat AMQ. Good Hands-On Experience in Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Middleware IBM MQ and Redhat AMQ infrastructure level issues. Good Hands-On Experience in MQ PUB/SUB Model. Good Hands-On Experience in creating MQ Objects like Queues, Channels, PUB/SUB setup. Good Hands-On experience in Clustering. Experience in Installing Redhat AMQ and IBM MQ in Linux environments. Rising PMR to IBM on different critical issues Roles & Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support the MQ products across environments. Collaborate with middleware and application teams to enable secure and scalable integrations. Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures. Proactively monitor Incidents, ensuring high availability and quick RCA/resolution. Ensure the High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools Ensure compliance with agreed SOWs Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer Create SOPs ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools Co-ordination with customers on Incident resolutions & closure Document technical procedures and work instructions Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Coordination with cross-functional teams, and documentation skills. Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
